Baker County Family Connection sponsored a trunk at Baker County School’s Book a Treat event on October 28th. The event was focused on literacy with the school providing each child with a book. The children were able to visit trunks for candy and treats, which were decorated in the theme of different books. Baker County Family Connection’s trunk was decorated in a Dr. Seuss theme, with the “Cat in the Hat” handing out candy and Dr. Seuss themed goodies.

On October 29th, Baker County Family Connection partnered with Mitchell County Children and Youth to set up the Dr. Seuss themed trunk for the Mitchell-Baker Service Center’s Trunk or Treat event. This was a spectacular event and there were so many wonderfully decorated trunks for attendees to visit. We are so thankful to have the opportunity to participate in both of these fun events!
